Recently, following the successful full-stack trusted computing platform (DCI) testing of complex operational scenarios at the Tianjin Port Pacific International Container Terminal, the new-generation container terminal operation and management system (JTOS) was successfully launched at Tianjin Port. This achievement, achieving full localization from hardware to software, marks a breakthrough in the application of full-stack trusted computing technology in core port business systems. It also provides a "Tianjin Port model" that can be used as a reference, replicated, and promoted for the accelerated implementation of trusted computing in key national industries.
Relying on the support of the Ministry of Transport's key transportation technology breakthrough task, Tianjin Port Group mobilized elite teams to carry out this task. They coordinated trusted computing resources and completed the adaptation of JTOS to ARM-based chip servers, the Kylin operating system, and a trusted computing database. By actively coordinating ship arrival plans, tracking vessel movements, and adjusting berth windows, they provided ample time for system testing and data migration. During this period, they completed seven specialized process stress tests and 16 real-world vessel tests, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the full-stack trusted computing platform JTOS under complex operating conditions supporting multiple ships and multiple lines of work concurrently.
In order to improve the comprehensive scalability of the system and adapt to more different types of container terminal application scenarios, Tianjin Port Group further expanded the JTOS functions in the process of promoting full-stack information technology adaptation. Focusing on supporting "traditional container terminal automation upgrades" and "manual + automated mixed horizontal transportation operations", it focused on the development of new functions such as yard crane double-hook loading and unloading, equipment standardized interface, PRTT algorithm, etc., to fully adapt to the production needs of all working conditions.
